Tex – Mex Fiesta Menu
Our Fajitas and Tacos include made from scratch Spanish Rice, Black beans, crispy tortilla chips, sour cream, grated cheddar, and our signature homemade salsa with fire-roasted jalapenos.
Fiesta Fajitas
(minimum 10 people)- Marinated grilled chicken or tender beef topped with sautéed bell peppers and onions served with a side of warm flour tortillas
Taco Bar
(minimum 10 people)- With Tortillas and All the Trimmings: Chopped Tomatoes, Onions, Lime, Cilantro, Shredded Cheese, Mild and Hot Salsa, Sour Cream

What’s included in your Mexican menu catering package?
We offer Mexican food needed for your office or home event. Our kitchen staff will take care of the preparation, packaging, and delivery of your Mexican food to your event area. We can also provide servers and dining essentials on top of the food we offer. You have the option to have the food dropped off at your event location, claim it from our commercial kitchen, or get our full-service catering.
How many guests can you serve?
The Fiesta Fajitas in our Mexican Menu can serve a minimum of 10 people. Adding a Taco Bar will charge an additional $13.95 per person. Of course, we can always customize the menu bundle according to the number of people. Just make sure to note in the booking form if you want to add more or fewer people to your event.
